No Returns Accepted for The Real Optics , Microscopes Product

Shipping

Shipping of In Stock Items will be within 3 to 4 working days, for Back Ordered Items Estimated Delivery time is Within 45 Working Days.


To claim a defective product, please email us at info@therealoptics.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The defective product will be first checked by the seller and if found defective by our team, it will be replaced. No refunds will be provided.  


For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds and Exchanges

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned on the website. Sellers warranty only covers defective parts and defective part does not constitute a refund or replacement of entire printer. Our technical team will verify the details visually. Once we receive the product our team will verify reported issue and will send the replacement items to the customer with shipping cost borne by us. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return. The Real Optics reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
